Remedial Massage Terms and Cancellation Policy – Alignment Bodywork (Perth, WA)
1. Bookings

Appointments can be made via our online booking system, by phone, or in person at the clinic.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. Please ensure your contact details are correct.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist.
2. Payment

Payment is due on the day of the appointment, unless the session has been pre-paid or is covered by a valid gift voucher.

We accept EFTPOS, credit/debit card, cash, and valid gift vouchers.

All of our therapists are fully accredited and qualified to provide remedial massage services. You can confidently claim eligible health fund rebates—please bring your health fund card if you wish to claim on the spot.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the appointmentmay be charged 50% of the booked service fee.

Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full 100% fee.

If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. The full session fee will still apply.
4. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for completed services.

Pre-paid sessions, packages, or gift vouchers are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person with prior approval.

In the unlikely event that Alignment Bodywork cancels your appointment, we will offer to reschedule at a convenient time or provide a full refund for any pre-paid sessions.
5. Health, Safety and Hygiene

Please inform your therapist of any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, or changes in health before treatment. This ensures we can provide a safe and effective service.

Our therapists follow strict hygiene and cleaning protocols to provide a safe environment for every client.

If you are unwell (including flu-like symptoms or contagious illnesses), we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

The therapist may refuse or stop a session if treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
6. Professional Boundaries

Our services are strictly professional and therapeutic.

Any inappropriate behaviour, language, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, and future bookings may be refused.

The therapist’s professional boundaries must be respected at all times.
7. Liability

While every care is taken to ensure safe and effective treatments, clients attend appointments at their own risk.

Alignment Bodywork and its therapists are not liable for unforeseen adverse reactions following treatment.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information prior to treatment.
8. Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Any personal or health information you provide is used only for the purpose of providing massage and related services.

Your information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your written consent.

9. Agreement
By booking and attending a treatment at Alignment Bodywork, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, including the 24-hour cancellation policy.
