Why is alignment so important?
All components of our bodies are interconnected and all of our systems also share in the same homeostasis more than just working together to keep us functional on a daily basis.
When the body is knocked off balance, certain areas of the body become pinched or suffer extra tension. This forces other areas to go into a kind of overdrive, compensating for the loss of function or efficiency in the affected areas. Balancing muscles tension helps prevent from injuries, alleviate pain and manage stress.
Having balanced alignment on many different levels will open potential to use the body efficiently.
