More about Magda
As a Bodywork Therapist,
I’m here to help you heal with a range of holistic solutions
I have started my professional pathway as a physiotherapist in Poland, working with infants through to adults on alignment via corrective movement patterns led me to a deeper interest in scoliosis, completing Scoliosis FITS Concept and Bobath neurodevelopmental training. Correct alignment and movement pattern has been a focus in my approach to the treatment and also as part of my own recovery following a whiplash injury.
Here in Australia, I am working as a Remedial Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer helping my clients get rid of pain, restore body function and manage stress.I like educating my client to help them increase body awareness and understand the cause of their pain.
Outside of my passion for helping others, I am passionate about free diving, and I like to spend my free time exploring the depths of the ocean where I am in my ultimate alignment – clearing my senses, relaxing and immersing into the tranquillity of the underwater world. So far, I have reached a depth of 40 m on one breath

More about Adrian
I began my physiotherapy career in Poland, where I honed my skills working with clients ranging from athletes to office workers, focusing on restoring balance and function through personalized treatments. My passion lies in assessing the body as a whole—addressing root causes rather than just symptoms. In my sessions, I combine a range of techniques, including postural analysis, manual therapy, dry needling, and tailored rehabilitation plans to help my clients achieve optimal function and relief from pain. Whether you’re managing post-injury recovery, muscle tension, or training for peak performance, my approach is holistic and grounded in evidence-based care.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with high-profile teams and organizations, including Wisla Cracow volleyball, the West Coast Fever netball team, the Hockeyroos, and Cirque Du Soleil. These experiences have deepened my understanding of diverse injuries and performance demands.
What Drives Me: I’m passionate about empowering clients through education, helping them understand the cause of their pain and develop long-term solutions. My ultimate goal is to enhance your body awareness and help you move with confidence and ease. Beyond the Clinic Outside of work, I’m an active dad to my two kids, Hanna and Noah. I enjoy surfing, soccer, squash, and my latest pursuits—kite-surfing and scootering. I love camping, hiking, and soaking in life’s simple joys with my family and friends. Music also holds a special place in my life, as I play acoustic guitar and harmonica. If my approach resonates with you, I look forward to helping you on your journey to recovery and well-being.
